Statement of the Board of Directors of the El Dorado Property
Owners Association
The
first stated purpose of the El Dorado Property Owners Association
is "to form an Association for the better welfare of the owners and
occupants of El Dorado Development on Lake Cypress Springs." In keeping
with that purpose, it is the philosophy of the Board of Directors
to adopt policies and procedures that will both maintain the natural
environment of our subdivision and continuously improve its appearance
and facilities.
In
Order to Accomplish These Goals, We Will Strive to:
Maintain low
dues.
Increase opportunities
for the members to socialize together.
Provide opportunities
for community service.
Maintain the
roads in good condition.
As
We Look to the Future The
Board of Directors Intends to Develop:
A budget with
periodic and modest increases to provide resources for the
general maintenance of our common property and roads.
The improvement
of existing facilities such as the bulletin board, tennis courts,
and trailer yard.
The building
of new facilities such as a covered pavilion near the tennis courts.
A master plan
for our facilities and landscaping that provides for an orderly
development of the common property in a way that maintains the natural
surroundings and increases the opportunities for socialization.
Islands that
are maintained with plants native to East Texas.
Roadways that
are cleaned of debris and planted with native plants.
A covered pavilion
and a flag pole near the tennis courts.
A bulletin
board at the flag pole that reflects the character and quality of
our subdivision.
A timeline
for the development of our subdivision that is both progressive
and stays within the financial resources available to accomplish
the goals without additional special assessments.
