El Dorado Bay sits on the south side of Lake Cypress Springs. East and West El Dorado Drive follow the shoreline on either side of the bay, with homes tucked among the trees.

Our property owners association cares for shared spaces, roads, and community facilities. Volunteer committees help with architectural review, maintenance, hospitality, and neighborhood activities.

Our entrance is off FM 3007, approximately a quarter mile from Highway 115. Follow the entrance road to the flagpole, where the road branches into East and West El Dorado Drive.
