The legacy guidelines call for approval before new construction or exterior improvements, including boathouses, decks, driveways, septic systems, repainting, and reroofing. Contact the committee to confirm the requirements for your project.
Submit your application
Download the application below and send your plans to myacc@lakecypresssprings.org. The existing guidance asks owners to allow at least two weeks for review.
Lake and county permits
Association approval does not replace permits required by the Franklin County Water District or other authorities. Confirm applicable permits before scheduling work.
