Dear EDPOA Members,

As discussed at our Annual Meeting, the Board will hold a brief Special Board Meeting for the limited purpose of completing the process associated with the President and Secretary vacancies.

Purpose

To fill the unexpired vacancies in the offices and directorships of President and Secretary following the prior resignations and the 2026 membership vote.

Rather than make these appointments unilaterally, the Board opened both positions to interested members, giving members the opportunity to put their names forward and allowing the community to express its preference through the 2026 electronic vote.

The membership selected Dr. Richard Nail for President and Kurt Brown for Secretary. The remaining Directors will meet to formally vote on filling those vacancies for the remainder of the respective unexpired terms in accordance with the EDPOA Bylaws.

This will be a brief, single-purpose meeting, and no other business is planned.
